LLJ-A、LLJ-B型料流检测器采用微动开关，输出状态设有常闭节点二个，常开节点二个。用户可根据需要进行安装，适用于不同的角度检测。当胶带运输机空载运动时，触板于静止状态，并垂直于胶带面。当胶带机有载时(包括逆向)，该机的触板被物料推动而偏转。当转角度大干20’时，检测器行程开关转换。用户可将其接至控制室内，以便检测输送机现场的输送状态，也可将其与自动洒水装置配套使用，实现有料时自动洒水功能。配置地址编码终端器，可实现料流数据信号远距离控制管理。建材，化工等行业输送散料用带式输送机。
