The QJ23A DC Resistance Bridge is a portable measuring instrument based on Wheatstone bridge circuit, featuring built-in electronic null detector and battery compartment for measuring DC resistance from 1Ω to 11.110MΩ. Encased in a compact metal housing (dimensions: 258×213×144mm, weight: ~3kg), it suits laboratory, workshop and field applications without AC power supply. The device employs JZ8-23A high-sensitivity null detector with mechanical zero-adjustment and auto-shutdown functions. Its four-decade resistance dials (0-11110Ω adjustable) combined with 6 range multipliers (×0.001 to ×1000) achieve 1mΩ resolution. Powered by 4.5V (3×AA batteries) and 9V laminated battery, the bridge maintains operational accuracy at 20±1.5℃ ambient temperature. The overload-proof circuit design protects the instrument during inductive load measurements (e.g. motor windings), requiring sequential operation of power button before null detector. Manganin wire resistors with non-inductive winding and artificial aging process ensure measurement stability.
