The WZPK-304S explosion-proof thermoresistor is a specialized temperature measuring device designed for the chemical industry, suitable for hazardous environments with flammable and explosive gases. This product features an armored structure, which provides excellent anti-vibration and stability, and can withstand high pressure, high temperature, and strong corrosive media. Its measurement range is from -200℃ to +500℃, with a Pt100 scale number and precision grades of A and B. The allowable deviation for Grade A precision is ±(0.15℃+0.2%|t|), and for Grade B precision, it is ±(0.3℃+0.5%|t|), where “t” is the absolute value of the measured temperature of the temperature sensing element. The sheath material is usually 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, which can meet the needs of different chemical scenarios. Its explosion-proof grade is dIIBT4 or dIICT4, and the enclosure protection grade reaches IP65, ensuring safe and reliable operation in hazardous environments.
