Constructed with three core modules - explosion-proof junction box, armored sensing probe, and protective sheath - the unit features 316L stainless steel housing with precision-machined flameproof joints. The explosion-proof enclosure adopts multi-layer sealing technology, effectively isolating internal components from combustible atmospheres. The sensing element utilizes magnesium oxide insulated mineral cable technology, providing enhanced vibration resistance and medium penetration protection. Customizable sheath lengths (100mm-2000mm standard) and material options including Inconel 600 cater to diverse application requirements.
Technical specifications include an operational range of -200℃ to +800℃ with basic accuracy of ±1.5℃ or ±0.25%t (whichever is greater). The IP65-rated housing ensures protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets.
