The WSSP-481 bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used for measuring medium and low temperatures, suitable for various industrial and commercial applications. It can directly measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, and gases in the range of -80℃ to +500℃.
This thermometer features an integrated stainless steel design. The protective tube, joints, and fastening bolts are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and the casing is treated with black electrophoretic coating, providing excellent waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties. Based on the thermal expansion principle of bimetallic strips, the temperature is indicated on the dial as one end expands with heat, driving the pointer to rotate.
The WSSP-481 also has remote transmission capabilities, offering PT100 resistance temperature detector (RTD) signals or 4-20mA current output to meet long-distance transmission requirements. With a measurement range of -40℃ to 600℃ and an accuracy class of 1.5, it has a response time of no more than 60 seconds. Additionally, the thermometer s probe can withstand pressure up to 6MPa, and it has an IP55 protection rating, making it suitable for various harsh environments.

工作原理
双金属温度计的工作原理是利用二种不同温度膨胀系数的金属,为提高测温灵敏度,通常将金属片制成螺旋卷形状,当多层金属片的温度改变时,各层金属膨胀或收缩量不等,使得螺旋卷卷起或松开。
由于螺旋卷的一端固定而另一端和一可以自由转动的指针相连,因此,当双金属片感受到温度变化时,指针即可在一圆形分度标尺上指示出温度来。这种仪表的测温范围是200~650℃,允许误差均为标尺两程的1%左右。
