English Introduction: The TT130 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge (Precision Type) is a non-destructive testing instrument that integrates contemporary electronic and measurement technologies. It operates on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection for thickness measurement. When the probe emits an ultrasonic pulse that travels through the object to be measured and reaches the material interface, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. The thickness of the material is determined by precisely measuring the time it takes for the ultrasonic wave to travel through the material.
This instrument features high resolution, with a display resolution of 0.01mm for measuring workpieces below 100mm, which meets the needs of precision measurement. It also has an automatic zero-point calibration function to correct system errors. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with coupling and low-voltage prompts, and it can automatically shut down after three minutes of inactivity.
