The TH320 is a multi-functional hardness testing equipment integrating Rockwell, superficial Rockwell and plastic Rockwell hardness measurement functions. Based on the ROCKWELL measurement principle, it can directly perform various hardness tests and support conversion of measurement results to HB, HV, HLD, HK hardness values and tensile strength (σb). Featuring a unique "protruding nose" indenter structure design, it not only completes conventional hardness tests but also measures special areas like inner surfaces of ring-shaped or tubular parts that are difficult for traditional testers to reach. Covering 30 hardness scales from HRA to HRY series, it s suitable for hardness testing of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. Equipped with a high-definition backlit dot-matrix LCD display supporting Chinese/English bilingual menu switching, the testing process is fully automated with adjustable loading time between 2-50 seconds. Functional Features (English)

The TH320 offers multiple practical functions: its special indenter structure solves measurement challenges on complex surfaces; supports 30 hardness scales; features limit setting and out-of-tolerance alarm functions; performs data statistical analysis to calculate average, standard deviation and extreme values; enables conversion between different hardness scales; and automatically corrects cylindrical/spherical surface measurements.
