The CM8825N coating thickness gauge is a portable measuring device based on eddy current principle, specifically designed for non-conductive coating thickness detection on non-ferrous metal substrates. Featuring an integrated sensor design, it offers convenient operation and is widely applicable in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, and commodity inspection fields. With a measuring range of 0-1250μm (standard range) and resolution of 0.1μm, it can measure coatings on curved surfaces with minimum radius of convex 3mm/concave 50mm, suitable for paint, plastic and rubber coatings on copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other substrates. 国产CM8825系列涂层测厚仪为一体化传感器涂层测厚仪，探头主机一体，结构紧凑，可单手操作。新研制的探头顶部由非常耐磨的硬制材料制成，大大延长了使用寿命。
使用磁性传感器可测量钢、铁等铁磁质金属基体上的非铁磁性涂层、镀层，如：油漆、粉末、塑料、橡胶、合成材料、磷化层、铬、锌、铅、铝、锡、镉、瓷、珐琅、氧化层等。使用涡流传感器可测量铜、铝、锌、锡等基体上的珐琅、橡胶、油漆、塑料层等。广泛用于制造、金属加工、化工、商检等检测域。
