English Introduction
The ZDJS-A High Voltage Dielectric Loss Tester is an intelligent high-voltage electrical testing device developed by Shanghai Shuangxu Electronics Co., Ltd. It is designed for precise measurement of the insulation performance of various high-voltage electrical equipment in power plants, substations, and other similar scenarios. This tester features an integrated structure that combines high-voltage power supply, signal acquisition, and data processing modules, enabling efficient automated testing of dielectric loss tangent (tgδ) and capacitance.
The instrument is equipped with a digital test bridge and a variable-frequency power supply, supporting multi-frequency testing from 45Hz to 65Hz to effectively avoid power frequency interference. It provides a rated negative high voltage of up to 2500V with a short-circuit current of approximately 40mA, and the voltage drop is less than 10% when the load is 70kΩ, ensuring accurate measurements under complex conditions. Moreover, the ZDJS-A supports various wiring methods, including positive connection, reverse connection, and self-excitation methods, and can be expanded with an external high-voltage source for dielectric loss testing at voltages above 10kV. It can also synchronously detect the parameters of C1 and C2 windings for capacitive voltage transformers (CVT).
