【安装说明】

【注意事项】
• 严禁超压、超温运行
• 定期观察压力表变化，压差超过0.3MPa需及时维护
• 化学清洗时禁用强酸强碱溶液
• 冬季停机应排空腔体介质
【维护保养】
建议每500工作小时检查密封件状态，累计运行2000小时后应更换核心滤材。长期停用时，请用中性保护液填充腔体。备件更换请选用原厂指定型号配件。

[Installation Guidelines]
Install horizontally in pump upstream pipeline with flow direction arrow aligned. Perform thorough pipeline flushing before commissioning. Recommend installing pre-filter at inlet. Non-metallic units should avoid direct sunlight or organic solvent contact.
[Important Notes]
• Strictly prohibit over-pressure or over-temperature operation
• Monitor pressure gauge regularly, initiate maintenance when differential pressure exceeds 0.3MPa
• Avoid strong acid/alkali solutions during chemical cleaning
• Drain cavity media when winterizing equipment
[Maintenance]
Inspect sealing components every 500 operating hours. Replace core filtration media after 2,000 cumulative service hours. Fill cavity with neutral preservative during prolonged storage. Use OEM specified replacement parts.
