The Tektronix TPA-BNC Interface Adapter is a high-performance adapter designed for Tektronix oscilloscopes. It enables existing TekProbe® products, including active, differential, high-voltage, current, and optical probes, to be used with the latest Tektronix oscilloscopes equipped with the TekVPI™ probe interface.
This adapter features an easy-to-use plug-in design that connects directly to the oscilloscope’s TekVPI interface. It provides necessary power, communication, and offset control for the connected probe, as well as overcurrent and thermal overload protection to ensure safe operation.
The TPA-BNC Adapter boasts impressive performance with a bandwidth of DC to 3 GHz, VSWR less than 1.23:1, RF insertion loss less than 0.25 dB, and a delay time of 245 ps. Additionally, it is equipped with an LED probe status indicator to confirm that the probe is powered up successfully.
