English Introduction
The DPO4USB module is a USB serial trigger and analysis module for economical bench oscilloscopes, introduced by Tektronix, a global leader in test, measurement, and monitoring instruments. It is the first module of its kind for bench oscilloscopes, designed to address the challenges faced by embedded design engineers due to the rapid growth of USB bus applications in system-to-system and chip-to-chip communications.
This module is compatible with the Tektronix MSO/DPO4000 series oscilloscopes and supports USB 2.0 low-speed (1.5 Mb/s), full-speed (12 Mb/s), and high-speed (480 Mb/s) buses. It can automatically perform key measurements and analyses, enabling engineers to quickly troubleshoot and debug, thereby accelerating product development. The DPO4USB module can instantly decode protocols and display the acquired waveforms and decoded data packets in chronological order on the oscilloscope screen. It is also capable of automatically triggering and searching for specific packet-level content.
