The AD3253B Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, developed by Japan-based A&D Company, is a high-precision portable measurement device designed for material thickness inspection across various industrial applications. Utilizing ultrasonic pulse reflection technology, it enables rapid, non-destructive thickness measurement of homogeneous materials including metals, plastics, and ceramics, catering to diverse requirements in industries such as petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, and aerospace.
Technically, the AD3253B enhances measurement stability and accuracy through optimized ultrasonic signal processing algorithms. With a broad measurement range from 0.8mm to 300mm and a resolution of 0.01mm, it excels in thin-wall material inspection and corrosion monitoring.
