一、用途
背压阀一般装于液压系统的回油路中，形成回油路上一定的背压力，以增加工作机构运动的平稳性。回油路上装有背压阀，在停车时可防止空气从回油路侵入，避免重新开车空气被显著压缩面产生运动不均匀。背压阀的结构与单向阀相同，只是选用较强的弹簧，使之产生背压。
P1为进油口，P2为出油口。下面只列出背压阀之技术规格，其余请按同一流量查阅单向阀。

与单向阀相同
压力阀的使用与维修
1、溢流阀安装得离油泵越近越好，回油管道越短越好，以便能调到低压力，并在卸荷时亦可得到小卸荷压力。
2、溢流阀的回油管路的管接头一定要拧紧，并使油管浸入油液内，以免把空气带入油内而引起压力振摆及泵发出响声。
3、压力阀滑阀上的小孔及阀座上的小孔易堵塞，堵塞时对溢流阀来说，会引起无限升压而引起事故，对其他压力阀则影响正常工作。因此使用油液必须清洁。当小孔堵塞时，应卸下来清洗，如果油太脏，则应换油或滤油，以便正常工作。
4、对力振摆或噪音可能是锥阀磨损而引起，可以换一个；也可能是油液中混入空气，则系统中所有油管必须拧紧，回油管必须浸入油液内。
