一、用 途
1.作安全阀时阀常闭。当阀前压力小于某调定极限值时,阀不溢流。当阀前压力超过此极限值时,阀立即打开,油液即流回油箱(或低压回路),因此能防U:液压系统过载,保护油泵和油压系统的安全。
2.作溢流阀时阀常开常溢流。该阀与节流元件及负载并联,随着工作机构需油量的不同,阀的溢油量时大时小,以调节及平衡进人液压系统中的流量,使液压系统中的压力保持恒定。板式中压溢流阀有进出口各一个,但管式中压溢淹阀有两进口及一出口。管式。板式中压溢流阀都带有一卸荷口,平时关闭,亦只有在关闭时起溢流作用。
3.远程调压。将远程调压阀进油口和溢流阀遥控口连接,在主溢流阀设定压力范围内实现远程调压。
4.高低压多级控制。用换向阀将滥流阀遥控口和几个远程调压阀连接,能在主溢流阀设定压力范围内实现高低压多级控制。
5.作卸荷阀。用换向阀将溢流阀卸荷口和油箱连接,可使油路卸荷。
