The MK/MG30 Check Throttle Valve is a widely used control element in hydraulic systems, designed to regulate the flow and direction of hydraulic fluid to meet the requirements of various working conditions. The MK type check throttle valve works as a throttle valve in the throttling direction. The pressure oil and spring press the valve core against the valve seat to close the passage. The pressure oil enters the throttle port formed by the valve body and the adjustable sleeve through the side holes. The throttling area can be infinitely adjusted by rotating the sleeve. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve core is opened, allowing the fluid to pass through the check valve without throttling. Meanwhile, some of the fluid flows through the annular groove, achieving a self-cleaning effect.

The MG type throttle valve is designed for bidirectional throttling. The fluid flows through the side holes to the throttle port formed between the valve body and the adjustable sleeve. The throttling area can be changed by rotating the sleeve, thus achieving precise flow control.

This series of throttle valves can handle a maximum working pressure of up to 31.5 MPa and a maximum flow rate of up to 400 L/min. They are suitable for various hydraulic media and have a wide operating temperature range, making them adaptable to different environmental conditions.
