一、概述
该控制器是在原机械工业部联合设计的电磁调速电动机控制器基础上经过改制而成，性能更加稳定、稳速精度更高。主要用交流电磁调速电动机（滑差电机）的调速控制、实现恒转矩无级调速，当负载为风机和泵类时，有明显的节能效果。
二、调试步骤
检查零件是否有松脱现象，保险丝规格是否正确，转速表指针是否在零位。
    接通电动机电源，检查旋转方向是否被拖动机械一致。
    试车时，先起动异步电机，再接通控制器电源，指示灯亮，旋动调速旋钮，此时转速表逐渐上升，根据实现需要，设定转速值。
    转速表校正因为测速发电机个体的差异，在配用新的调速器前要进行转速表校正调节，先设定转速在1200r/min时，用其它标准的转速表比对面板上的转速表，调节面板上转速表校准电位器，使实际转速与显示转速相符。
高转速设定将转速电位器顺时针旋到底，调节反馈量调节电位器，使转速达到滑差电机的高额定转速。
