注意事项
安装时应确保磁体与开关轴线对齐，工作距离控制在技术参数范围内。避免在强磁场设备（如电焊机）附近使用，定期检查固定螺丝是否松动导致位置偏移。对于气缸应用场景，活塞接近速度需<500mm/s以保证检测精度。Alignment between magnet and switch axis is critical during installation, with working distance strictly observed. Avoid deployment near strong magnetic fields like welding equipment, and periodically check for fastener loosening. In pneumatic applications, piston speed should be maintained below 500mm/s for accurate detection.1718
