The LJ8A3-1-Z/AY capacitive proximity sensor is a non-contact detection device based on capacitive sensing technology, designed for diverse object detection requirements in industrial automation systems. By detecting dielectric constant variations of target objects, this product achieves precise identification of various materials including metals, non-metals and liquids, providing reliable detection solutions for production processes.
Featuring a compact cylindrical design, the housing combines 304 stainless steel with engineering plastics to ensure both mechanical durability and environmental adaptability. The sensing surface incorporates protective layer technology that effectively resists interference from dust and oil contamination. With wide voltage compatibility (DC 10-36V) and dual NPN/PNP output configurations, it seamlessly integrates with mainstream industrial control systems.
Equipped with adjustable sensitivity control, the built-in potentiometer enables precise detection range calibration (maximum 8mm), accommodating customized application requirements.
