Operating on the thermal expansion principle of bimetal strips, the device translates temperature variations into mechanical displacement through a precision-engineered helical spring. The rotating pointer clearly displays real-time temperature on a high-visibility dial with anti-glare glass cover. The adjustable electrical contact system allows users to set upper/lower limit alarm points via a front-mounted calibration knob. When exceeding preset thresholds, the microswitch activates to control external circuits, providing reliable over-temperature protection.
Constructed with 316 stainless steel case and corrosion-resistant coating, the thermometer withstands ambient temperatures from -20℃ to +500℃.
