The TECMAN Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TM-140 from Hong Kong is a high-performance non-destructive testing device widely used in industrial fields. This device features a split design and is equipped with dual probes of Φ6 2.5MHz and Φ10 5MHz, which can meet the measurement needs of different surface conditions. With a minimum resolution of 0.01mm and a maximum measurement range of 300mm, it can satisfy the measurement requirements for both extremely thin sheets and thicker workpieces.
The TM-140 thickness gauge is easy to operate, featuring an automatic zero-point calibration function that can effectively correct system errors. It also has a coupling status prompt function, allowing users to determine whether the coupling is normal by observing the stability of the coupling mark. In addition, the device can store up to 100 thickness values, which are not lost after shutdown, making it very suitable for high-altitude and outdoor operations.
This device also has a sound velocity measurement function, which can directly measure the sound velocity according to the thickness of the sample block, avoiding the trouble of looking up tables or conversions.
