The WZP2-6212A Assembled Platinum Resistance Thermometer is an industrial-grade temperature sensor developed with imported core sensing elements, designed for precision measurement in demanding operational environments. Featuring a modular assembly structure, this product enhances adaptability in complex industrial scenarios through optimized component packaging and signal transmission system upgrades, while maintaining the inherent advantages of platinum resistance technology.
The sensing unit incorporates high-stability platinum film chips, employing specialized encapsulation technology to ensure efficient heat transfer between the sensing element and protective sheath. Its split-type assembly design enables rapid replacement of measuring components, significantly reducing maintenance downtime. The main housing utilizes 316L stainless steel with multi-layer bellows damping structure and inert gas filling process, providing reliable protection against mechanical vibration, medium corrosion, and thermal shock.
With an extended measurement range from -200℃ to 650℃, the device maintains linearity deviation within ±0.15% across the full scale.
