The TM-8810 is a compact ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for non-destructive measurement of various materials. It utilizes pulse-echo ultrasonic technology to measure thickness of metals, ceramics, plastics and other solid materials within 1.5-200mm (0.06-8inch) range. The device features a 4-digit LCD display with 0.1mm resolution and ±(0.5%n+0.2) accuracy. With pre-programmed settings for 11 common materials including steel, aluminum, copper and cast iron, it provides reliable measurements in industrial environments. The 5MHz ultrasonic transducer offers strong emission power and high sensitivity, capable of measuring rough or painted surfaces. For specialized applications, optional high-temperature probes (up to 300℃) or small-diameter probes (min. Φ20mm) are available.
