The 1200S Series Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a precision measurement instrument designed for industrial applications, employing high-frequency ultrasonic technology for non-destructive testing. By transmitting ultrasonic waves through material surfaces and accurately capturing echo signals, this device efficiently measures remaining thickness of various homogeneous materials including metals, plastics and ceramics.
Equipped with intelligent signal processing system, the device automatically compensates for measurement deviations caused by surface roughness and temperature variations. The broad-band probe design supports 3.0MHz to 10MHz frequency range, adapting to different material characteristics.
