English Introduction
The SZGB-7 Photoelectric Tachometer Sensor is a high-performance single-head reflective photoelectric tachometer measurement device. It adopts a modulated light structure, which provides the advantages of long measurement distance and immunity to ambient light interference. The sensor is equipped with integrated modulated light emission and reception units, capable of converting the reflected light signals from the measured object into electrical pulse signals to achieve non-contact measurement of rotational and linear speeds.
The sensor has a wide measurement range of 1 to 30,000 revolutions per minute and a detection distance of 50 to 150 millimeters. The output signal amplitude is stable, with a high level of 5 ± 0.5 volts for "1" and below 0.5 volts for "0", and it operates on a DC power supply of 10 to 14 volts. For reflection conditions, a 10×10 mm² directional reflective paper is required. The working environment temperature ranges from 5℃ to 40℃, with a relative humidity of no more than 85%, and the overall dimensions are approximately 80×28×39 mm (including the mounting bracket).
