The SZMB-3 Magnetic-Electric Tachometer Sensor is an industrial-grade rotational speed detection device based on magnetic induction principle, designed for non-contact speed monitoring in various rotating equipment applications. By detecting periodic changes in gear teeth or magnetic markers on rotating surfaces, the device generates proportional pulse signals to provide reliable speed feedback for industrial automation systems.
Featuring an optimized magnetic-electric conversion structure, the sensor integrates high-performance magneto-sensitive components and signal processing circuits. This design enables effective capture of subtle magnetic field variations and conversion into stable electrical signals. With a detection range of 5-15mm, it supports both gear tooth and protrusion triggering modes, compatible with ferromagnetic materials and certain non-ferromagnetic targets.
