The TJ2-15/215 Proximity Switch (Model TJ215215) is a high-performance non-contact detection device engineered for industrial automation applications. Utilizing electromagnetic induction technology, this sensor accurately detects the presence of metallic objects, making it ideal for equipment positioning, conveyor monitoring, and safety protection systems.
Featuring a compact integrated design, the housing combines high-strength engineering plastics with metal components, achieving both lightweight construction and impact resistance. The optimized circuit layout enhances electromagnetic interference immunity, ensuring stable operation in environments with inverters and motors. With IP67 protection rating, it reliably functions in dusty, oily, or temporarily wet conditions.
The core detection unit incorporates a wide-voltage adaptation module, supporting 10-30V DC input to meet mainstream industrial control requirements. Detection range (1.5mm-5mm, depending on target material) and response time (<1ms) are adjustable for high-speed production lines. Both normally open and closed output modes are available for seamless integration with PLCs and relays.
Standard M18 threaded mounting enables multi-directional installation, complemented by an LED status indicator for easy commissioning.
